Put your mind at ease when you are shopping with DESSTINY Dazzling Discoveries with our return/refund policy.

We promise to check all items before despatch but sometimes damages due to postage handling are inevitable. Nobody's perfect and although rare, we may send you a wrong item or size. We seek your kind understanding when such circumstances arise and your trust that we will get this sorted for you as soon as possible.

Damaged item received

In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving the item. To request for a replacement or refund, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to care@desstiny.com. If the case is deemed valid, Desstiny will cover related cost to deliver a replacement or refund the original amount paid.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement or refund for any reason.

Colour Discrepancies

Images on our site may appear different to what they appear in person. This can be for a number of reasons, colours will show up differently in all types of lighting, they can also appear different on different devices.

Items cannot be exchanged nor refund.

Free Product

We do not offer replacement nor return on any free products, for any reason.

Changes on Orders

Buyers are allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 24 hours of making their purchases and before the orders are fulfilled. Additional charges will be incurred by the buyers for any changes made to the orders after 24 hours of making their purchases.

Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after the orders are placed.

Changes of Mind and Circumstances

We do not offer replacement nor refund on changes of mind and circumstances.
